Highly recommended for resting. Came in Braga to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was incredible base for doing it. The property was in a super central setting close to the train station. I visited Restaurante Ignacio, based close to the hotel, had dinner there. All the staff was helpful and attentive. The breakfast had good choice of options and included coffee and cakes.

the twin room was spotless, included a walk-in shower and bath sheets. the bed was comfortable and there was free wi-fi. the hotel was set in a super central area just next door to braga cathedral, the very city centre, and nice bars and restaurants.

The accommodation here is really stylish and conveniently located near the city center, only a 2-minute walk from the cathedral and various restaurants.

The Orchids room was perfect for my family stay with its double bed, single bed, and bunk bed. It felt cozy and comfortable, just what we needed. The Camellias room had a great view of the street from its two big windows. The two single beds and complete bathroom made it a convenient choice. The Violets room was absolutely romantic, ideal for a couple like us. We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere it offered.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the bathtub in the Tulips room. But I understand that others may find it relaxing.

The breakfast here with coffee and cakes was pretty good. 🍰 the morning meal had everything I needed to start the day off right.

Our family of five had a perfect stay at Old City Guest House. The 5 person room was just what we needed, with bunk beds for the twins, a separate bed area for our older girl, and a comfortable double bed for us. The location was excellent, right around the corner from the cathedral, making sightseeing a breeze. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby. Communication with the property was excellent, allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and while we explored the national park. The bed was comfortable and the house had a cozy, homey feel. Additionally, the price was very affordable at only 50 euros for one night in February.
